Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Creating an auto-responder email will take you only a few mouse clicks if you are using a cloud plan from us. This can be done in the Emails section of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you could view all of your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You can pick an e-mail address and click the auto-responder icon or just right-click and select the feature in the context menu which will pop up. All you have to do is to type in the content which you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the changes. You can enter any text you want and updating or removing the auto-responder feature can be just as effortless. From the same part of the Control Panel you'll be able to keep track of which accounts have the option enabled and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account with us, you will be able to create an auto-responder for any email address that you set up with the Emails part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All email addresses that you have will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and for each one of them you will notice a little "Auto-responder" button. To activate the feature, click on the button for a particular e-mail address, type in the content you want people to get as a reply to their e-mails, then save your changes. It is possible to change or delete this text at any time following the same steps. If you wish to add an auto-responder to a number of emails, you can select them and add a message to all of them at the same time - an option, which is accessible in Hepsia and that can save considerable time.
